True compassion is founded on recognising that we are not separate from others, and expresses itself as a heartfelt responsiveness, wishing to heal sufferings and contribute to the welfare and liberation of all beings.
Joy in our life and in our practices expresses itself in many different ways. Its manifestation can vary from the very subtle to the ecstatic. The talk explores how we can open, recognise and support the existence of joy and use its presence as a pointer to a deeper understanding.
