This talk explores the distance between language and the actuality of 'what is'. It also looks at how concepts lend an impression of solidity to the sense of 'things' and 'self'. As insight matures into the reality that nothing can be grasped, the realisation occurs that there is nothing to attain. Ultimately, it is through letting go that peace is realised.
