The realm of our experience has external and internal aspects - such as society and culture; breath as sensation and breathing as energy; and spiritual friendship and deep/wise attention. In all cases, the skill is to bring the two together.
In the balance of embodiment, in the pause between cognition and articulation, between impression and reaction, is the space where true responsiveness can occur. It is here that the Enlightenment Factors arise.
The development of wisdom is dependent on disengagement - from affliction, from fixing it, from knowing the answer and from letting go of any such activation ( sankhara). In that pure awareness, release can occur- straight through the heart.
Right view is of the dynamic interdependency of all experience - except Nibbana. When all is relative and changeable, there is the potential for change for the better, and for release.
