A silent meditation retreat for activists and those those who may interested to engage in activism.

Sustainable, just and and regenerative cultures are rooted in wisdom and love. The cultivation of our heart’s capacity for openness, clarity and calm is is an essential foundation for an activism that can be both powerful and peaceful.

This retreat explores Insight Meditation as a pathway for profound inner wellbeing, and also a support for courageous engagement, amidst a world burning for transformation. In the spirit of generosity/dana, this retreat is offered without a set fee, and participants will be invited to offer contributions to GH after the retreat.

Suitable for both new and experienced meditators.
