| In this retreat we explore how we can soften and release habitual reactivity and connect with the innate qualities of the heart - kindness, joy and compassion. In opening to these tender qualities of the heart with curiosity, we can explore trusting in them as guiding forces in our lives – as a response to our own unique circumstances as well as to the polarised conditions of the world around us – and how establishing healthy boundaries can support us to stay in contact with this strong tender heart in our day to day life. The retreat includes meditation guidance, Dharma reflections, time to share and explore in small groups as well as periods of meditation (both stillness and with movement). There are regular breaks for time away from screens. |
