Retreat Dharma Talks at Gaia House

Mindfulness, Insight, Liberation

On this retreat, we explore how to cultivate a path of wisdom and compassion in the midst of the joys and sorrows of our lives. Inspired by the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, as taught in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, and within the silence and simplicity of a retreat context, we follow a supportive schedule of formal meditation practice, meetings with the teachers, talks and instructions.

This retreat is particularly relevant for those with an interest in the foundational mindfulness teachings underpinning the Insight Meditation tradition, as well as those who are teaching or training in mindfulness-based applications (MBSR/MBCT).

Please note that this retreat is not a clinical skills workshop, but an opportunity to deepen your personal practice. All are welcome.
