Yahel Avigur
Yahel Avigur is a teacher in the Insight Meditation tradition. He was trained by Rob Burbea to teach Insight ways of looking, Emptiness (in line with Seeing That Frees), and Samadhi/Jhana practices. Following Rob’s passing, Yahel was trained to teach Soulmaking Dharma under the guidance of Catherine McGee, and completed his training in 2026. Yahel is also certified as a Hakomi practitioner. He is a yogi and a father, lives in Berlin, and teaches regularly at Gaia House in the UK and Tovana in Israel. He also teaches at the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies in the U.S., as well as at various centers across Europe and online.
