The Art of Mindful Living (Online Course)
|
| “I have arrived, I am home,” means: I don’t want to run anymore. I’ve been running all my life, and I’ve arrived nowhere. Now I want to stop. My destination is the here and now, the only time and place where true life is possible." — Thich Nhat Hanh
Over the course of four weeks, The Art of Mindful Living offers practical guidance for bringing mindfulness directly into the flow of everyday life. Rooted in the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition, this course invites us to experience each moment with greater peace, clarity, and joy.
Each session includes reflections, guided meditation, opportunities for group sharing, and suggestions for home practice. You are be warmly encouraged to explore these practices between meetings and to find simple, creative ways to cultivate mindfulness as you move through daily activities.
We discover that mindfulness is a gentle and natural way of being. Through the art of mindful living, we learn to bring a depth of presence and meaning to ordinary life, whatever we are doing. |
