In our Dharma practice we often have the idea that we need to be doing something or getting somewhere. We can mistakenly think that by learning a technique, getting rid of thoughts, or having a particular meditative experience, we will find the ease and peace we are looking for.
Meeting and exploring our experience with balance and wisdom in the here and now helps us regain a lightness of being that can make our lives more joyful.
Meeting over 5 Thursday evenings, we focus on creating conditions for openness and curiosity so we can attend to our experience in a way that leads to freedom and ease. |
