This retreat offers a gentle introduction to insight meditation – learning through our own experience how suffering is created and the way to free ourselves from it.
Using core Buddhist frameworks such as the reflections on impermanence and insubstantiality, we investigate our experience through sitting and walking meditation and the flow of life as it happens to us. The retreat includes guided meditations and Q&A sessions.
