Retreat Dharma Talks at Gaia House

Freedom in Daily Life (online series)

In this series of evenings online, we explore how meditation can support us to soften our habitual reactivity and respond to our lives and the world we live in. We explore embodiment, our push/pull with experience and the attitude we bring to practice to support a whole life path to fashion a flourishing life for ourselves and others. We draw on some key teachings from the early Buddhist tradition, emphasising their practical relevance for both meditation and daily life practice.
