New Year Retreat

Buddhist meditation offers a pathway to explore our potential to bring a wise and compassionate response to all aspects of life and to discover what it may mean to be truly human.

This annual retreat (available online and in person) in the midst of winter is a precious opportunity to practise for a sustained period over the New Year, dedicated to cultivating a receptive heart of wisdom and kindness. To mark the turning of the year we offer periods of reflection, silent communal gathering and ritual on New Year’s Eve. There are meditation instructions, guided practices, reflections and opportunities to meet with the teachers.
