Deepening in Stillness

Samadhi is the capacity of mind to collect and stabilise its energy.

In this 5 week course we explore the qualities that support the development of samadhi as a doorway to inner stillness, presence and depth.

Stillness counteracts the proliferation of thoughts and feelings that undermine our capacity for having a steadier mind and a more spacious relationship to experience - and provides a fertile ground for insight and understanding to arise.
