Dharma teachings point towards a deep sense of wellbeing that we can know in the here and now, rather than postponing our ease, rest and happiness to some imagined time or place in the future. This day of practice offers an invitation to meet your experience with kindness and with wisdom. Meeting ourselves in this way help us relax and release our innocently misguided attempts to change or reject our experience. This allows us to nourish body, heart and mind and connect with a deeper sense of ease and wellbeing.
The day includes periods of sitting, lying-down and walking meditation to cultivate a restful and alive awareness. Guided meditations, instructions and a Dharma talk are integrated into this day of practice |
