Finding Freedom - The Path of Insight Meditation

This is a retreat for those new or relatively new to this path, and for those who want to reconnect with their practice.

We cultivate the development of insight, steadiness of mind, open heartedness, and deeper embodiment with a programme of formal sitting and walking meditation, instructions and Dharma talks. There are also be meetings with the teachers to support your practice and your understanding of these timeless teachings.
