Retreat Dharma Talks at Gaia House

Liberating View

The Buddha recommended adopting three skilful and liberating perceptions: that all things are transient, that they cannot sustain long-term happiness, and that phenomena are not self. These are incredibly beneficial and liberating ways of experiencing reality. Although these are profound practices worthy of a lifetime of inquiry and exploration, we will immerse ourselves in these viewpoints to experience the immediate freedom they provide.
