In this Fathom-Long Body: Living with the Challenges of Embodiment (online)

This retreat is an opportunity to explore our relationship to living with illness and/or disability, where we face physical or energetic challenges. We will explore how we can be present to our lives without judgement or blame, finding new ways of relating to our experience.

The retreat will include guided meditation and dharma reflections, and time for questions and to hear from one another.

This retreat is for people living with physical or energetic challenges due to illness and/or disability, suitable for all levels of experience.
