Wisdom Born of Stillness

This retreat was not a Vipassana retreat but one that emphasised no separation between stillness (samatha) and insight (vipassana).

The talks look at employing kindfulness, not control, as the effective path to generate a healthy, relaxed body that can then be transcended to explore the mind.
